Residential Window Cleaning

I am always on site with a uniformed shirt at all times.  Services and schedules are available to accommodate everyone's needs.  Monthly, and Quarterly cleanings are available with additional discounts. No matter the size of your house we take pride in giving attention to detail. We are neat and clean and respect your property as if it were our own.  Towels or drop cloths are used inside and we clean the entire window - not just the glass. Sills and frames are wiped and screens are brushed. (Screens can be washed upon requested for an additional charge)

There is more to window cleaning than just the glass.  Our standard service includes cleaning all of your screens, window frames (inside and outside), and ledges.  Tracks and runners are vacuumed and or wiped clean. Glass surfaces are washed with a cleaning solution formulated for use with high-quality squeegee equipment and will not harm tinting or other protective films.  After each window is cleaned, we will dry the perimeter of each pane where the water collects.  This process may take us longer than necessary but it insures that your windows will look great and stay cleaner longer.

Here's a complete description of how we clean your windows every time:

• We will remove all screens.
• We hand brush both sides of your screens with a soft bristle brush.
• We then go around the entire home removing any cobwebs and bug nests.
• We then begin cleaning the outside of your windows first, using a soft strip washer and a window washing solution. The solution we use will not only make your windows sparkle, but it'll protect the glass from the harsh elements.  The solution will not harm landscaping or home.
• We then use a special pad to get off paint over spray, bug marks, sap, etc.  Any removal of excessive over spray or construction debris will be labeled "Construction Clean Up" and will require additional cost.
• After thoroughly wetting the window again with our strip washer and solution, we squeegee the water off and towel dry around the edges where water collects.
• We then start the process of cleaning the inside of your windows. We put down towels and take our shoes off so we keep the mess outside. We take many precautions to keep the inside of your house as clean as when we arrived.
• When we're inside, we vacuum the window tracks and window sills.
• We then use the same process for the outside cleaning on the inside.
• It's now time to put all of the clean screens back in place.
• To finish up, we will walk around your home to double check the windows and make sure everything is back in place.

If you prefer to have us clean the exterior of your windows we can do so.  Minimum charges still apply to exterior only cleanings.

***If a storm window breaks due to negligence of Clearview Home Services, the part will be replaced at no charge. However, if a storm breaks due to improper fitting, missing parts or any other reason, Clearview Home Services will not be held liable and the homeowner will be responsible for all costs incurred to replace window.
